Custom Orders

Cold process soaps do require a lead time of up to eight weeks to allow time for manufacturing (especially larger orders), curing, labeling, and packaging. Shipping time will depend on method of shipment agreed upon at the time the order is placed, as well as the time of year. Holidays, of course, will usually cause a short delay in shipping times.

Cosmetics require up to three weeks lead time for manufacturing, labeling, and packaging. 

Orders for any recipe ingredients, colors, fragrances, additives, or flavors not normally stocked in our manufacturing area will be subject to an additional small fee to cover purchase and shipping of said ingredient(s). The lead time needed for batch completion is dependent on the supplier's stock availability and shipping speeds.

There is a $100 minimum per product type/color/scent/additive/flavor ordered. A fifty percent deposit is required before any custom orders will be started. Applicable taxes and shipping are not included in minimum price required, and shipping fees are dependent on final weight and destination(s) of the packaged products. We are happy to ship to any of the fifty states in the USA but we are unable to to ship internationally at this time.
