Shipping & Returns
Shipping will be conducted every Monday and Thursday. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority (1-3 Day Service) or USPS Flat Rate/Regional Rate Service; however, please allow up to two weeks for the postal service to deliver your items, especially around high volume times such as holiday seasons.
LOCAL PICK UP SHIPPING OPTION DETAILS
Local Pick Up Shipping Option is ONLY available to people in the Port Allen, LA and Baton Rouge, LA areas. Local Pick Up can be arranged within a 30 minute drive (as determined by Google Maps) from the city of Port Allen in West Baton Rouge Parish, LA. Please EMAIL us BEFORE placing your order to make arrangements to pick up your order within the specified area. Orders must be picked up within 72 HOURS of order placement and payment. If you need to reschedule your order pick up, you must give a minimum of 12 HOURS NOTICE of the currently scheduled pick up time. You will need to reschedule the order pick up time WITHIN THE SAME 72 HOUR WINDOW mentioned above. If you fail to successfully arrange and complete an order pick up WITHIN 72 HOURS of order placement and payment, the items will be returned to inventory, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCK FEE, and any remaining monies from your order will be refunded to you via the money processing service that originally processed your payment (Stripe, Paypal, Square, etc). Order pick ups may be scheduled between 8 AM-8PM Monday-Saturday. Order pick ups will occur at public places such as a library branch, post office branch, or place of business. For the safety of both our employees and customers, we will not travel to private addresses, homes, or properties. All orders must be paid in full prior to pick up and no money will be exchanged during a pick up, whether by cash, card, or electronic means.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygenic nature of bath and body products, returns will only be accepted on items which remain sealed, unopened, and unused. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Accepted returns will be issued a refund of the purchase price only, not the shipping costs associated with the order. If you do encounter an issue, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we may work out an appropriate solution.
