Shipping Information

Shipping will be conducted every Monday and Thursday. Items will be shipped via USPS First Class if the packaged weight of the order is less than 15 ounces or Priority Rate if the packaged order weighs more than 15 ounces; however, please allow up to two weeks for the postal service to deliver your items, especially around high volume times such as holiday seasons. Partial shipping refunds may be issued for significant overages of $2.00 or more.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygenic nature of bath and body products, returns will only be accepted on items which remain sealed, unopened, and unused. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Accepted returns will be issued a refund of the purchase price only, not the shipping costs or applicable taxes associated with the order. If you do encounter an issue, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we may work out an appropriate solution.
